I have applied for the admissions thing before. Its easier to walk on water than get that.
State Jobs are more dofficult for the average person to get.
The college is required by law to post the ad for that job, and required to have x number of interviews for it. But in most cases they already have the job filled. The ads & interviews are simply for looks, to meet state requirements.
They just hired 10 and are hiring another 10 next week.
